Abstract
In the healthcare supply chain, span of control and end-to-end relationships are related concepts. Span of control relates to areas influenced by the supply chain. End-to-end relationships refer to the goal of evolving a true end-to-end supply chain and the involvement of all in it. Both remain a challenge in the healthcare industry.
