Conclusion
Abstract
The book concludes by affirming that meaningful and sustainable school improvement arises from within through collaboration, shared values, trust, and context-specific strategies. It underscores the urgent need to move beyond outdated practices and embrace a values-based, systems-informed approach to leadership. Using the Six-Point Conceptual Framework, leaders are urged to co-create schools that foster student learning, equity, and democratic engagement.
