Abstract

Change requires urgency to become reality. This chapter focuses on how urgency, conveyed through story and data, galvanizes stakeholders toward immediate action. Real urgency comes from a genuine concern for student welfare rather than from manufactured emergencies, and is also about motivating action without creating panic, while inspiring communities to come together around common goals for meaningful change.
