Abstract

This study evaluates the impact of work-life balance (WLB) initiatives on employee retention and productivity in the Delhi-NCR power sector. The paper explores the correlation between WLB programs—such as flexible schedules, wellness initiatives, and mental health support—and employee outcomes. Findings indicate that organizations implementing tailored WLB strategies achieve better workforce stability and operational efficiency. Recommendations address the need for sector-specific approaches to overcoming challenges like regulatory demands and continuous service requirements.
