The Internal Quality And Efficiency Of The Education System
Abstract
In the Introduction it was pointed out that the quality of education provided in the UPE scheme will be a crucial determinant of its value. Three different ‘levels’ of quality were identified, and it is with the first - the ‘classroom conception’ as seen, for example, by an inspector of schools - that this chapter is concerned.
