The fourth year, 1966: decentralization of the system begins
Abstract
The year 1966 was to see many changes due to the coming and going of staff. More important organizationally was a continued trend toward a more integrated team structure. The previous year had seen a move to integrate the sexes on the patient wards along with a very pleasant large social centre and canteen open to both patients and staff.
