Life at school: expectations and experiences
Abstract
What do 15-to 18-year-olds think of schools that they have experienced? What do they expect from their schooling? What sorts of changes would they like to see introduced? Does the school system, as it is presently structured, basically meet their major needs and expectations? What different experiences, if any, do they think their schools should be providing for them? As the consumers of education, who are still at school, what sort of school would they really like, given free rein to construct their own scenario?
