Reflective tuning
Abstract
In chapter 1 it was argued that one is not automatically inclined to meet task requirements and to elaborate on a task in a cognitive way, but that reflection plays a role. Reflection refers to the process of weighing the consequences of one’s activities, and it is assumed that group members strive for a reasonable probability of satisfaction.
