Abstract

The natural history of the urothelial papillary carcinoma, in its pre-invasive stage, is characterized by cytological and architectural changes that steadily increase 1 . The aim of our study was to quantify these alterations in order to reach an objective interpretation of the successive steps of the malignancy progression.
