Abstract

The antigonadal effect of potent Gn-RHagonis.t analogues (Gn- RH-A)has been widely described in humans and has shown to be therapeutically effective in men with advanced prostate cancer 2 .However, the mechanism of action of Gn-RH-A is not yet completely known. We report here the endocrine effects induced by D-TRP-6-LH-RH in previously untreated patients with prostatic carcinoma.
