Changing a Safety-Culture
Abstract
The status of an organisation’s culture can be demonstrated by the application of an independent safety-culture review. Once reported, senior management have choices to make on possible safety-culture changes. Addressing organisational safety-performance goals is a prerequisite to making such choices.
