Abstract

F or the entrepreneur, the closing is often considered complete after the company is formed or the acquisition is consummated. At other times, the expression closing refers to the payments made. The meaning of the word closing is not always precise. However, from an analytical viewpoint, the closing is not finished until all steps prior and subsequent to the formation of the joint venture are realized.
