Abstract
M ethod is different from form. Our discussion has emphasized this distinction so that the corporate executive will be able to separate out the process of forming a joint venture and realize that a particular method does not necessarily lead to a particular legal form. There is a freedom of choice and it is an important selection. Consequently, different characteristics of a particular legal form must be carefully considered.
