PHPP Tips for Large and Complex Projects
Abstract
As a design tool, the PHPP can be applied to all scales and building typologies. The case study in this book intentionally focuses on a typical single-family home, as it provides the simplest example for introducing new users to the PHPP. However, as Passive House has gained increasing popularity in the UK, the scale and complexity of Passive House projects have also expanded. As an introduction to the complexities of larger or more intricate buildings, this chapter offers some tips and advice for advanced projects.
