PHPP for Retrofit Projects
Abstract
This chapter reflects on what is arguably the most urgent and critical challenge facing the construction sector today. With around 80% of the buildings that will exist in 2050 already built in the UK,’ decarbonising our existing stock is essential if we are to meet net-zero targets. This applies equally to homes, schools, offices and other non-domestic buildings.
