Just Do It!
Abstract
Speaking to many architects over the last few years, I often sense a certain hesitation towards proactive business development. They offer their introversion, or fear and confusion as to how to go about it, as reasons for inaction. This is all understandable, as most university studies develop architects’ technical and conceptual skills but there is little attention paid to the business side of things. This is a significant omission because in starting their own studios, many architects become entrepreneurs.
