Abstract
Finally, crisis moments continually rear their heads in the course of a practice’s career, with a real estate crisis emerging every so often. In the 33-year MVRDV career, the Covid-19 crisis is the fourth such moment we have faced, although it is unprecedented by comparison with the others.
