Abstract

Once a property has been marketed, and an offer made and accepted, each party will instruct a solicitor to conduct the conveyancing. Before the conveyancing process begins, a solicitor will ensure that they can act for the client. They will also gather information about how the transaction will be financed and provide initial advice on some of the additional costs of a property transaction, such as tax.
