A reading on the development of the three editions of the Pedagogical Residency Program from the perspective of a professor educator

The objective of the study was to analyze the three editions of the development of subprojects of the Pedagogical Residency Program (PRP) at the Federal University of Alfenas, focusing on the education aspect of students and the education professor who advisor the Licentiate Degree in Mathematics. To this end, an analysis of the professor educator's actions and notes was carried out, based on the assumptions of the Model of Semantic Fields, in particular plausible reading. Each edition of the PRP contributed to the education of the teacher education by enabling deep immersion in schools, bringing them closer to professional practice and also to the advisor who made changes to the subprojects in light of previous experiences, constantly (re)thinking the orientation process.
