Abstract

The characteristics of the equipment used in the analytical nuclear physics complex for determining the elemental composition and distribution of elements (isotopes) in a solid are shown. Depending on the equipment used, different errors, ranges of elements, etc. are possible. Studies of materials developed or modified for use in nuclear power engineering are presented.
