The influence of value choice on the development of professional responsibility of cadets of military universities of the Russian Guard
Abstract
The article considers the issue of formation of professional responsibility of future officers of the National Guard troops through the prism of value choice. Particular attention is paid to the specifics of the military-pedagogical environment, which differs significantly from civilian educational organizations, as well as the role of the value-semantic core of the educational system of the military educational organization. Pedagogical techniques aimed at forming value orientations of cadets are analyzed, including situations of value choice, moral dilemmas, discussions, curatorial hours, educational and extracurricular activities, as well as situational exercises simulating real military-professional situations. It is shown that the systematic use of these methods contributes to the formation of value-semantic self-determination of cadets, the development of critical thinking and the ability to make objective decisions in conditions of moral and professional uncertainty. It is emphasized that value-semantic education is the basis for the formation of an integrative quality of an officer’s personality – professional responsibility, ensuring the effective and ethically sound performance of official duties.
