A study of students' attitudes towards mentoring. Part 2
Abstract
The article presents analytical material based on the results of a survey of students of Kaliningrad State Technical University (KSTU) and cadets of the Baltic Fishing Fleet State Academy (BFFSA) about their attitude to mentoring. Its results allow us to assess the understanding of the concept of mentoring and the attitude towards it among university students and help teachers, supervisors and mentors in higher education institutions to form the most effective relationships with mentees in order to maximize their abilities and potential development, as well as provide support and assistance.
