The Influence of Transformational Leadership and Organizational Culture On Employee Performance Is Mediated by Organizational Citizenship Behavior

This research aims to examine the influence of transformational leadership, organizational culture and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) on employee performance, examine the influence of transformational leadership and organizational culture on organizational citizenship behavior, examine the role of organizational citizenship behavior in mediating the influence of transformational leadership and organizational culture on employee performance.The object of research is PT.Pegadaian Southeast Sulawesi Area with a study population of 125 employees (Saturated sample).Data measurement uses a Likert scale.Data collection uses a questionnaire.Research data was analyzed using Smart PLS version 3. Research findings: transformational leadership, organizational culture and organizational citizenship behavior have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, transformational leadership and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, organizational citizenship behavior partially mediates transformational leadership and Organizational Culture on employee performance, but the direct influence is stronger than the indirect influence.
