Abstract

Despite extensive studies on educational leadership and organizational climate, limited qualitative research has explored Thai teachers’ lived experiences of school heads’ management practices. This study explored Thai teachers' lived experiences and perceptions regarding school heads’ management practices and their influence on school organizational climate. Guided by Henri Fayol’s management principles and Kurt Lewin’s organizational climate theory, the study employed a qualitative phenomenological research design to deepen understanding of teachers’ workplace experiences in Thai public schools. Fifteen Thai teachers from selected public schools in Thailand participated in the study through purposive sampling. Data were collected using semi-structured face-to-face and online interviews conducted during the 2026 academic year. The gathered data were analyzed through thematic analysis.
