CAIG: Investigating Ocean-Atmosphere-Carbon Cycle Interactions During the Last Deglaciation with PAiESM, the Paleo-Informed AI-Accelerated Isotope-Enabled Earth System Model
Abstract
An AI-based emulator of an atmospheric model will be trained with climate model output, coupled to an existing ocean model that includes physics, biogeochemistry and isotopes and applied to simulations of the last deglaciation to investigate ocean-atmosphere-carbon cycle interactions.
