Reshaping the tumor lipidome: nanospectroscopic insights into cannabidiol-radiation synergy in MPNST cells - research data

Dataset used for construction of all figures and calculations presented in the manuscript “Reshaping the tumor lipidome: nanospectroscopic insights into cannabidiol-radiation synergy in MPNST cells”. This dataset includes four (4) Excel files containing raw and processed spectroscopic data used to generate Figures 1-4 in the referenced manuscript. The spectra data were processed to obtain second derivative spectra. Integration of selected bands was performed on second derivative spectra.
