Abstract

Aim: To evaluate and compare the clinical performance of preformed zirconia crowns, computer-aided design and computer-aided manufacturing (CAD/CAM) zirconia crowns, and preformed resin polymer crowns in primary molars following endodontic therapy. Materials and methods: = 12 each): Group A (CAD/CAM zirconia crowns), group B (preformed zirconia crowns), and group C (Bioflx crowns). Clinical parameters including color match, crown retention, marginal integrity, gingival health, and parental satisfaction were assessed at baseline, 3, 6, 9, and 12 months. Results: = 0.0001, respectively). Crown retention and marginal integrity remained acceptable in all groups, with no significant differences. Parental satisfaction was highest in groups A and B, particularly regarding aesthetics and comfort. Conclusion: CAD/CAM zirconia crowns exhibited the best overall clinical performance, especially in terms of color stability and aesthetics, followed closely by preformed zirconia crowns. Bioflx crowns were clinically acceptable but comparatively inferior in long-term aesthetic outcomes. How to cite this article: .
