Abstract

This software estimates the current and projected distribution of Arizona Toad (Anaxyrus microscaphus) based on environmental conditions and perceived threats. It fits an integrated species distribution model to quantify relationships between covariates and relative abundance of Arizona Toad using species data from a variety of sources.
