Habitat-based pocket gopher population model
Abstract
This R script composes the habitat-based population model described in Dapp et al. in review. Developing a Species Habitat-Based Modeling Framework to Optimize Conservation and Military Readiness Outcomes (in review). The model is focused on estimating population abundance of Mazama pocket gopher on Joint Base Lewis-McChord. This is a spatially explicit model with a spatial grain of 10 acres.
