Abstract

Reimbursement reviews are comprehensive assessments of the clinical effectiveness and cost-effectiveness, as well as patient and clinician perspectives, of a drug or drug class. The assessments inform nonbinding recommendations that help guide the reimbursement decisions of Canada’s federal, provincial, and territorial governments, with the exception of Quebec. This review assesses mirikizumab (Omvoh), 300 mg/15 mL, solution for IV infusion after dilution in a vial and mirikizumab (Omvoh), 100 mg/1 mL, 200 mg/2 mL, solution for SC injection in a prefilled pen or syringe. Indication: For the treatment of adult patients with moderately to severely active Crohn disease who have had an inadequate response, loss of response, or intolerance to conventional therapy or a biologic treatment
