This study aims to determine the effect of concrete media on students' motivation and understanding of mathematics learning in grade 2. In this study, the type of research used is quantitative research with the one group pretest-posttest method. The sample in this study used 32 students of grade 2B at UPTD SDN Tengket 2 Arosbaya. Data collection techniques used questionnaires and questions. To test the validity of the instrument, a validity test and a reliability test were used, while the data analysis methods used were normality test, paired sample t-test, and MANOVA test.
