Abstract

The paper provides a comprehensive analysis of eco-industrial parks as an innovative organizational and economic model of industrial development focused on integrating economic efficiency, environmental safety, and social responsibility. It is substantiated that under conditions of structural economic transformations and increasing demands from the state, investors, and society, eco-industrial parks create new framework conditions for the provision of engineering services, within which not only technological but also socio-communicative factors of competitiveness become decisive.Scientific approaches to defining the concept of an "eco-industrial park" are analyzed in the context of the visions of Ukrainian researchers. It is determined that the transition from traditional industrial zones to eco-industrial parks leads to the transformation of industrial marketing towards its social orientation, stakeholder interaction, and long-term partnership.A conceptual model of the functioning of an eco-industrial park under circular economy conditions is developed. It is proven that socially oriented industrial marketing contributes to the formation of the added value of engineering services through the integration of the principles of resource efficiency, Věda a perspektivy № 1(56) 2026
