VARIABILITY OF COUNTRY-REGIONAL QUANTUM FINANCING MODELS: THEORETICAL AND METHODOLOGICAL ANALYSIS
Abstract
The rapid development of quantum technologies-quantum computing, quantum communication, and post-quantum cryptography-has become a key driver of structural transformation in contemporary financial systems. This article examines the variability of country-and region-specific models of quantum finance in the context of intensifying global geo-economic competition and the interplay between technoglobalism and techno-nationalism.The study aims to systematize existing approaches, identify the sources of model heterogeneity, and develop an analytical typology of quantum finance models. The methodological framework is based on an interdisciplinary synthesis of economic theory, financial engineering, quantum information science, and regional studies. The research employs theoretical generalization, a systems approach, and morphological analysis to identify technological, institutional, and regulatory determinants of model formation. The article conceptualizes quantum finance as an integrated system encompassing quantum computing, quantum communication, post-quantum cryptography, and quantum market models. It demonstrates that model variability is driven by differences in technological maturity, regulatory regimes, market openness, and strategic state priorities. An original fourlevel typology of quantum finance models is proposed: the technocentric marketinnovation model (TRI), the regulatory-institutional European model (RIE), the stateinfrastructural quantum model (DIQ), and the niche-innovative hybrid model (NIH).The findings reveal the emergence of a multipolar quantum geo-economic architecture in which quantum finance simultaneously promotes global financial integration and Věda a perspektivy № 2(57) 2026
