ANALYTICAL UNDERSTANDING OF THE INFLUENCE OF THE IMAGE OF EYES, EYEBROWS AND EYELASHES ON THE EMOTIONAL IDENTITY OF A PERSON
Abstract
The article is devoted to analyzing the influence of the image of the eyes, eyebrows, and eyelashes on the formation of a person's emotional identity.Emotional identity is interpreted as a person's ability to recognize, experience, and express their own emotions, as well as to adequately perceive the emotional states of others. The importance of nonverbal communication in an individual's life is revealed, since the eyes, eyebrows, and eyelashes are important elements of the mimic apparatus, which forms a kind of "emotional code" capable of conveying a wide range of feelingsfrom joy and surprise to fear or sadness. It is shown that these expressive components of the face not only signal internal experiences, but also significantly influence interpersonal communication and social perception.Based on the analysis of domestic scientific sources, the specifics of facial expressions of emotions, the peculiarities of facial muscle functioning, and their significance for emotional perception are outlined.Physiological aspects (the structure and dynamics of the eyes, eyebrows, and eyelashes), psychological factors (the impact on self-esteem and emotional competence of the individual), and sociocultural determinants are considered. The study also emphasizes the relationship between the expressiveness of the eyes, eyebrows, and eyelashes and an individual's ability to communicate effectively nonverbally. The conclusions emphasize that the appearance of the eyes, eyebrows, and eyelashes not only determines the intensity and nature of emotional expressions, but also shapes an individual's emotional profile, influencing interpersonal interaction and the development of emotional intelligence.Taking into account the characteristics of facial expressions is important for psychologists, educators, and specialists in interpersonal communication.A promising direction for further research is an in-depth study of the connection between the movements of the eyes, eyebrows, and eyelashes and the neuropsychological mechanisms of emotional perception, which will contribute to a better understanding of human emotional states and increase emotional competence in various communicative situations.
