Abstract

The analysis of Ukrainian research on educational management highlights significant theoretical contributions to the field. The diversity of publication topics reflects researchers' recognition of the close interrelation between educational management and the economic, political, social, scientific, and other spheres of modern Ukrainian society, alongside the need for an education system based on a new managerial paradigmhumanistic and decentralized.Nevertheless, a critical shortage of education managers exhibiting a democratic leadership style remains at all levels of Ukraine's education system, in contrast to those practicing an administrative-command (repressive-authoritarian, paternalistic) approach.Leadership style is defined by the degree of autonomy allowed to subordinates.Democratic leaders delegate substantial authority, fostering independent and creative decision-making while maintaining full responsibility for task achievement, control mechanisms, and corrective action to ensure collective goals are met. These leaders predominantly employ psychological and pedagogical influence methods, such as personal example, persuasion, advice, discussion, recommendation, and request.Consequently, the issue of specialized psychological and pedagogical training for education managers, characterized by a democratic leadership style, remains highly relevant. This article aims to substantiate the foundations of such training, emphasizing the development of systemic analysis Журнал «Наукові інновації та передові технології» № 2(54) 2026
