Abstract

Article presents a comprehensive philological analysis of professional communication discourse in three fields, viewing language not merely as an instrument of information transfer but as a means of constructing professional identity, regulating institutional processes, shaping corporate image and exerting communicative influence. The study is grounded in an integrated theoretical framework that combines discourse analysis, cognitive linguistics and pragmatics.Such an approach makes it possible to examine professional discourse as a multidimensional phenomenon embedded in social, institutional and technological contexts. The article analyses lexical, terminological, stylistic and syntactic features of managerial, marketing and IT communication, as well as the dominant communicative strategies and pragmatic orientations characteristic of each field. The research demonstrates that management discourse is predominantly regulatory and directive in nature, characterised by a high degree of standardisation, abstract vocabulary, complex syntactic constructions and normoriented linguistic formulas aimed at coordinating actions and legitimising managerial decisions.Marketing discourse, by contrast, combines rationalinformative and emotional-expressive components, employing evaluative vocabulary, metaphors, narrative elements and persuasive strategies to influence the target audience and construct a positive brand image.Discourse in the field of information technology is marked by internationalisation, terminological density, conciseness and algorithmic clarity, reflecting the need for accuracy, efficiency and unambiguous interpretation in a global professional environment. An empirical micro-study based on a questionnaire survey of representatives of the three professional groups confirms that the effectiveness of professional communication directly depends on the correspondence between linguistic means and the communicative goals of a given field. The comparative analysis reveals both common institutional features and field-specific linguistic dominants, as well
