Abstract

This work is a theoretical study that comprehensively examines the effects of hormonal induction on the productivity of embryo transfer (ET) programs in sheep farming. The determining factor for the instability of superovulation is not the species barrier, but the systemic mismatch between the stimulation protocols and the individual dynamics of folliculogenesis. A comparative evaluation of the protocols revealed that their effectiveness is influenced by the premature atresia of follicles, which occurs as a compensatory response to prolonged non-physiological hormonal stimulation. As a result of the analysis, a theoretical model of adaptive synchronization was proposed, which involves coordinating exogenous hormonal stimulation with the endogenous wave cycle of folliculogenesis based on ultrasound monitoring data.It is concluded that the vector of further development of embryo transfer in sheep will be determined not by the creation of new stimulants, but by the transition to flexible, individualized algorithms.
