L’enfant, l’adolescent : Enjeux et représentations de la jeunesse dans Le Roman de Thèbes et Le Roman d’Énéas
Abstract
In the 12th century, the figure of the child took on importance and carved out a place for itself in medieval society. It is this place that we wish to examine, thanks to the literature of the period which contributed, at least partially, to forging it, and which gave it visibility. Therefore, this study proposes a comparison of the figures of youth in two novels, founders of the genre, Le Roman de Thèbes, and Le Roman d’Énéas.
