Abstract

This data release provides a temporally harmonized, multi-year representation of building characteristics across data-sparse regions of the Global South. It is intended to enable analyses of settlement dynamics, population distribution, infrastructure development, and exposure to environmental risk. The dataset is optimized for assessing medium- to long-term trends and is not designed for detecting short-duration or event-level changes.
