Abstract

Rehabilitation in the atrophic maxilla is considered a challenge due to the difficulty of achieving anchorage for conventional implants in conditions of structural bone deficiency. Furthermore, alternative approaches for implant-supported rehabilitation have been developed to increase predictability and reduce the need for bone remodeling procedures. In this case report, a patient with severe bone loss underwent an alternative oral rehabilitation technique using zygomatic, transnasal, and pterygoid implants, restoring both functional and aesthetic aspects. The methodology employed proved to be effective and safe when properly indicated.
