Abstract

A beautiful fountain on Via Talassese, Arcidosso, Grosseto, Tuscany. The dating is unknown although the stylized human face is similar to other specimens in the same area dated to the Renaissance period (cc. 16-17) and located in the public fountains of Castel del Piano and in the 'Pope fountain' at the convent of St. Trinity near Santa Fiora. [source M. Nucciotti, 2003] Model was created in Reality Capture using 486 photographs. The Mt. Amiata Project is an ongoing GDH collaboration involving faculty and students at the University of Florence and the University of Siena. We could not have done this project without the considerable support of the Municipality of Arcidosso. Source: Objaverse 1.0 / Sketchfab
