holroyd_new, holroyd_new_HVPS Corrected variable iteration bug in calc_stat (partial_on_count_b) that caused opacity to occasionally exceed 1 Fixed axis dimension checks during the second perimeter scan to use the x-axis properly (max_x_temp) Introduced handles.tasRatio to accurately scale the time dimension for TAS across multiple variables (tx, area, perimeter change, and edge variables) Updated statistical mean calculations (cross_xy, cross_x2, etc.) to divide by n_count instead of the newly scaled area Initialized missing variables (w_l_m_p, s_c) and removed dead code CGAL_EllipseSize.mexa64, CGAL_RectSize.mexa64 Compiled new versions to support improved ellipse/rectangle fitting per newer C++ codes in this repo NOTE: Compiled versions may not work on your computer as they rely on a specific combination of libraries.
