Epigenetic characterization of pseudogenes across human tissues
Abstract
We provide a comprehensive table characterizing promoter activity of GENCODE v29 transcripts across tissues (Table S2), as well as functional properties of regions upstream of the TSS (Table S3). Mappings between pseudogenes and their parent protein-coding genes are provided in Table S4 and were generated using PseudoPipe (Zhang et al. 2006).
