Abstract

Executable software for phi computational adaptive optics (øCAO) and its documentation. For installation and how to use, please read the documentation (DocumentPhiCAO.pdf). System requirements: Windows (tested on 10 and 11) and MacOS (tested on "Sequoia" and "Tahoe"). This software was packaged using PyInstaller and includes Python, NumPy, SciPy, Pillow, wxPython, wxmplot, Matplotlib, PyOpenGL, tifffile, nd2, czifile, oiffile, and FreeGLUT.
