Integrating network and stable isotope approaches to reveal food web structure
Abstract
This repository was created to support the modelisation of the food web topologies and the corresponding isotopic spaces conducted in the paper :"Integrating network and stable isotope approaches to reveal food web structure" Authors : C. Vagnon*; T. Tunney, T.D. Jardine, J.D. Olden, A.R. McIntosh, M-E. Perga, M. Jackson, J. Sánchez-Hernández, J. Cucherousset, E. Thébault *corrsponding authors : chloe.vagnon@gmail.com It is composed of: the functions used to generate the different topologies of food webs and the construction of isotopic biplots (foodweb_iso_2modules.R) an example of a script to apply these functions (Example.R)
