This repository contains Úa-MITgcm model output and analysis scripts in support of the manuscript "Ice-Sheet–Ocean Interactions and the Reversibility of a Regime Shift Beneath Filchner-Ronne Ice Shelf". The Úa-MITgcm source code and MITgcm python utilities are available here and here. Please note that scripts here make extensive use of the MITgcm python software.
