Abstract

This repository provides 30 m annual maize production maps and the associated processing code for China during 2019–2020. The production maps were generated by spatially downscaling provincial statistical production using remote-sensing-based NPP. The accompanying code includes the Google Earth Engine workflow for NPP calculation and the local spatial downscaling workflow for allocating provincial production to 30 m maize pixels based on the contribution of each pixel to total NPP.
