Prospective validation of NeutrinoReview for LLM-assisted systematic review screening: an indoor air quality case study (supplementary material)
Abstract
This record provides supplementary material for the manuscript “Prospective validation of NeutrinoReview for LLM-assisted systematic review screening: an indoor air quality case study”. The material documents and supports a prospective validation of NeutrinoReview, a proof-of-concept LLM-assisted screening application for systematic reviews. The evaluation was conducted alongside a systematic review of measured indoor air pollutant concentrations in Italy. The NeutrinoReview outputs were generated and deposited under embargo in an earlier version of this Zenodo record before the final manual consensus screening results were available to the NeutrinoReview and analysis team. This supplementary package includes the prospective evaluation protocol, locked NeutrinoReview screening outputs, analysis inputs derived from Rayyan exports, processed datasets, the reproducible analysis notebook, generated tables, figure-ready data, rendered figures, and an analysis run summary. Together, these files provide the material needed to reproduce the performance, workload, observed-decision human-screening scenario, and illustrative cost analyses reported in the manuscript.
