Docker image container for FIRE reconstruction of Vienna Deep CRT MRSI sequence for Siemens MRI scanners

Version 1_4_0: This is the docker image for the FIRE reconstruction for the "Vienna Deep CRT MRSI" sequence on Siemens Magnetom DotPlus and Terra 7 T scanners (version VE12U-AP and SP and XA60). Within this image, python, julia, BET are used to do a coil combination of the MR spectroscopic imaging (MRSI) data, B0-correction of MRSI data, creation of a brain mask using BET, homogeneity correction (part of CLEAR-SWI), the lipid and water signals are removed using the neural network WALINET, and a spectral fitting is performed using a neural network similar to PHIVE.
