Abstract

Addressing Wigner’s puzzle of the “unreasonable effectiveness of mathematics,This paper proposes the (QNM): an N=21 high-dimensional information framework in which cosmological readouts are forward-generated from preregistered mathematical constraints—Generative Ontology under audit-governed claim boundaries, not final-law closure. Within the Quantum Narrative Matrix (QNM) framework, the complex exponential eiθ is posited as the primordial source of the universe. Engineering spine (QNM forward programme · not reverse fitting) Inputs: (π, e, i), named parent N = 22→ [mandatory remove-1 · global U(1) phase quotient exp(iθ) · named 22→21 calibration attachment]→ N_eff = N_cal = 21 (named landing; earliest async-staging checkpoint on ladder 21 → 42 → 63)→ U(21) calibration structure · primordial n_s anchor (§5.15 · supplement S15)→ [CH/GUE-like (β = 2) symmetry-breaking / continuum readout]→ 18 cosmological observables (async sector closure @ N_dyn = 42, 63; production dictionary SSOT @63)→ post-quotient MG1 / G3 staging · negative-space segment inversion & dyad phenomenology Same-type bookkeeping ≠ same event. Chart 4→3 (k=2) and 7→6 (k=3) are parent N − N_proj = 1, the same arithmetic type as named 22→21; they do not carry the N_cal=21 / U(21) / 18-parameter readout and are not one physical event merely undisplayed. E0-S3 has no unique registered parent N. B9: the 22→21 quotient is not the k=6 generator. N_cal = 21 — Registered calibration anchor on the frozen forward stack (robustness + holographic + named 22→21 landing + quotient handoff); not a tunable knob; not a uniqueness theorem; not “remove-1 only at 22.” Hard first-principles fragment: remove-1 at the named landing; parent N = 22 = N_eff + 1 / χ(CP²¹) — conditional programme read only, not production SSOT. Tally firewall (do not merge)• Pipeline A / SEED / A1 @ N = 21: 15/17 (r excluded; tensor separate).• Definition III @ N_dyn = 63: PARAMS17 17/17 + C2 gates — production SSOT, not the @21 screen.• Not ablation screens · two-sector Θ 8/8 (T) · production 16/16 (T) · legacy 6/8 @75%. Programme chain & boundaries — DFC → ACEH → QNM. Pre-22 staging in ACEH (§3.5 · Supp. Fig. S1); QNM spine from the named 22→21 landing (§3.12.0). Early Δ=1 rungs stage toward that landing; they do not substitute for it. Frozen readout + preregistered validation; evidence programme-corroborative only. Tier-split honest register (§7.7.4) ≠ unified Full G (not achieved). No uniform capstone / fact 5/5 / L6 closure. Deposit scope: this record deposits the QNM manuscript and any files explicitly listed in the upload bundle. Replication JSON, drivers, and registers are indexed in Appendix E unless explicitly co-deposited. Major claims and governance states route through machine-readable registers (claim tier, route class, hard-fact gates, flags such as breakthrough_en and preprint_hold_en). Audit via capstone JSON / SSOT / main-text crosswalks—not prose alone. Every assault route needs an explicit route-property label (progress ≠ theorem closure). Exhaustive continuous audit of the whole workspace is not guaranteed; *_LATEST.json and Integrity Audit crosswalks prevail if markings lag.Epistemic stance (authorial · not a theorem claim): I do not hold that cosmic truth contains problems that are in principle beyond mathematical explanation, nor do I treat unconstrained philosophical imagination as a source of physical conclusions; this workspace prioritizes auditable mathematical and machine-readable chains. Wording in earlier versions may occasionally read as more radical; current claim layering and machine-read SSOT prevail over legacy rhetoric. Read first (recommended): Open Figure 1 (S16-FLOW) — or this PDF — before the numbered sections: it is the programme’s single engineering drawing for the full chain (π, e, i) → phases ①–⑧ → eighteen cosmological parameters (mechanisms · 22→21 landing · async cross-N · CTD · three-track acceptance). §1.5, §3.12, and §3.10–§5.14 are detail sheets keyed to Stage IDs on this spine, not a second storyline. S12 · Cosmological Parameter Emergence Order · Physical Universe Alignment .PDF Version update (2026-09-07) This update records in the parent manuscript (§1.3, §1.5) the covering-kernel results already occupied as companion papers. On the registered minimal covering kernel, discrete-generally-covariant coherent dynamics make the arity-two share boundary data (CGT v2.53). Ergodic extreme points realise every density in [0,1], and the density does not label a unique phase (v2.54). The certified locus is exactly the admissible ladders (blocks of size one or two); it sits at f→1 and is closed under deletion of any non-minimum event, while the full class is not (v2.55–v2.56). Independent Rideout–Sorkin pp-thinning on that locus is an exact semigroup λ↦pλ, with unique fixed point the chain for every p less than 1 (v2.57). Proofs remain in the already-published children, not in this record: Companion 20, https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.22524084; combined Companions 21–22, https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.22520894; Companion 23, https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.22546067. This parent version also attaches the canonical IF-EB supplement named in the manuscript. Not a leftover-r value. Not a Meyer dimension. Not Gate B. Not Standard A. Not a uniqueness theorem. Table integers 22/21 unchanged. preprint_hold retained. Version update (2026-08-21) This update records a programme disclosure on the QNM / ACEH wording: same-type remove-1 bookkeeping versus the named Ncal=21 readout. Chart increments 4→3 (k=2) and 7→6 (k=3) are the same arithmetic type as named 22→21 (parent N−Nproj=1). The Ncal=21 window (U(21), primordial nsns, async eighteen-parameter ladder) attaches at the named 22→21 landing only. These are not one physical event running from the first rung and merely undisplayed. Table integers 22/21 unchanged. Not a uniqueness theorem. Not Standard A. B9: the 22→21 quotient is not the k=6 generator. E0-S3 has no unique registered parent N. Archive: UPLOAD_PACKAGE_STAGED_REMOVE1_BOOKKEEPING_VS_NCAL21_READOUT_20260821_EN.zip Version update (2026-08-20) This update extends the main manuscript (CGT revision v2.52) and deposits the DIRB-HO / Chebyshev / odd–even determinant theorem stack. Earlier Conditional G layers through v2.7 (growing-carrier relational-clock tests) and the D3 rank-two-face stack are retained. Obligations D0–D4 remain unpaid; the relational-clock axis remains unpaid. Spectrum-only uniqueness remains refuted. Collar, H2,T0, and full-half-plane Kreiss product remain unpaid. New in v2.16–v2.52. Open-strip zero obstruction and finite-nn RHP determinant theorem (v2.16). Exact odd-nn RHP count n+1 (v2.17; Companion Paper 13). Chebyshev-strip cone geometry through a proved maximal full-cone interval (v2.18–v2.49; Companion Paper 14). Even-nn skew-operator structure: N+=2d, not n+1; last slot never a defect; N+ unbounded (v2.50; Companion Paper 16). Far-right named-generator product bound κ(1)=7.2727673651243085 (v2.51; Companion Paper 17). Even continuum factor H(v)H(v), lattice slope 9344/28125, and closed-form remainder identities (v2.52; Companion Paper 15). None of these pays Collar, OBJ-CT2341, H2,T0, or full-half-plane K2. Also deposited (post-2026-08-07). Five public theorem packs in the archive below (open-strip / odd-nn count / even continuum / even-nn skew / far-right product). Archive: PREPRINT_UPLOAD_BUNDLE_THEOREM_PACKS_SINCE_20260807_EN.zip Does not claim breakthrough, Gate B closure, Soft Hold L06, paid relational clock / native dynamics, Collar / H2 / T0, theorem_L6_closure, or preprint-hold release. Preprint hold stands. Version update (2026-08-07) This update extends the main manuscript (CGT revision v2.7) and deposits the growing-carrier relational-clock theorem stack. Earlier Conditional G layers through v2.4 and the D3 rank-two-face stack (+ errata) are retained. Obligations D0–D4 remain unpaid; the relational-clock axis remains unpaid. Spectrum-only uniqueness remains refuted. New in v2.7. A previously untested registered object—the append-only growing causet jump process (W20260805BL / growing-carrier exit)—is tested against the relational-clock obligation. UNIQ-N-1: on the registered growth digraph, event count NN is unique up to an additive constant as a +1 index. TRANS-1: append-only growth is unconditionally acyclic (classical birth-process framing). NREC-1: decidable non-recurrence criterion for declared scales. ONTOLOGY-MATCH-1 / FAIL-WIT-1 / GRR-1: Page–Wootters template mismatch; non-vacuity witness; five-field gate-replacement pass for the discrete clock candidate only. CT1470: scoped form local strength vs typical causet internal-clock selection—not Standard A payment. CT1451 / CT1474: object-level probes run and disclosed; tree-generic / template-bounded readings do not pay OBJ-OUT-1 or Attribute C. Native geometric scale a(N), CLB-ITEM-1, and physical deparametrization remain unpaid. Manuscript hygiene (same deposit). Bare holographic ns≈0.965kept consistent with production; overlay-era 0.957 not cited as production. “Independent N=21quantum corroboration” rewritten as additivity identity check. Hubble language aligned to compatibility, not resolution. Also deposited (post-2026-07-29). DFC→ACEH→QNM spine priority assets disclosure (2026-07-30). Archive: PREPRINT_REPLACE_BUNDLE_SINCE_20260729_EN.zipDoes not claim breakthrough, Gate B closure, Soft Hold L06, paid relational clock / native dynamics, Attribute C / OBJ-OUT-1, theorem_L6_closure, or preprint-hold release. Preprint hold stands. Version update (2026-07-29) This update extends the main manuscript (CGT revisions v2.5–v2.6) and deposits the D3 rank-two-face theorem stack. Earlier Conditional G layers through v2.4 (pair / first-jet / localization) are retained. Obligations D0–D4 remain unpaid; D3 is narrowed and measured, not paid. Spectrum-only uniqueness remains refuted. New
